We evolved our autonomous vehicle design from an inspiring blue-sky AVOS vision, to a regulation-ready, buildable core system, and finally to in-vehicle services that enhance passenger experience and drive new revenue.
Project Impact
My contributions helped shape the AV HMI strategy from vision to execution, aligning user experience innovation with business opportunities. The project demonstrated how thoughtful interface design can build trust in autonomous technology, enhance rider satisfaction, and create new revenue streams for mobility services.
